Thankyou to all competitors that competed in this years Warwick Pentath-run. You were apart of record numbers for this event sense it has started 8 years ago. Congratulations to Brendan Wheldan 2hr 28min 34sec and Brooke Condon 2hr 48min 47sec who took out the fastest Male and Female for all 5 races. Well done to Ross Leggat and Emma Briggs that took out the Southern Downs Regional Council Resident winners.

Welcome to the Warwick Pentath-Run website.

On the 22nd and 23rd of May 2010 the 8th annual Pentath-run will be held. For the last 7 years the event has got bigger and better with fantastic weather and excellent participation. This has made this event one for everyones running calander. As per last year all events will be held at the same locations but introducing some new sponser of each race.

  3. Darling Downs Hotel 5km

  • Red Rooster Awards Dinner/Presentation

Sunday

  1. Wickham Freight Lines Ascent 10km
  2. NRCHI Bodywork 1500m Criterium

New for 2010

  • Venue/Hub - Warwick State High School Hall, (On the same block as WIRAC just around the corner on Victoria st) to collect race pack and start of 21.1km race. The Hall has toilets and shower if needed.
  • Electronic timing for all 5 races.

The five races of the Warwick Pentath-Run are all held within the shire of Warwick, two hours south-west of Brisbane, along the Cunningham Highway.  The "Hub" of this event is Warwick's State High School Hall.  Click here for maps on how to get to Warwick.

Warwick is a thriving regional centre where majestic sandstone buildings, grand homestead and colonial cottages merge gracefully with contemporary living.  Warwick is famous for its variety of Horsepower events and now the Warwick Pentath-run.
